"The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast in the morning was also pretty good. Our problem was it seems the property was rushed being built. It was upsetting I wasn’t alerted that the pool was closed until AFTER I booked the rooms. Our biggest issue is the deadbolt wouldn’t latch correctly and we saw this with several other hotel doors. Making sure people can feel safe in their room and be able to close the door should be a major concern for whoever built the property. Staff, breakfast and look of the hotel was great. Building seemed rushed and not a lot done about it. "

"We were shown to rooms that were not clean. After the second room, we had to find another place to stay and we asked for a refund which never went through. The stairs, blinds and mirrors were filthy with thick layers of dust. This place is clearly not cleaned properly; I would stay away. "
