"Superb set meal each evening and the service from mainly Nepalese girls is so warm and friendly. The quality and variety of the dishes is very high. The onsen baths are large and the facilities are excellent. Very good value. "

"Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze."
"My favorite hotel! Close to Hakata station with many dining options available. Attentive, friendly, and professional staff. Spacious rooms with beautiful interiors. Ice and water machines conveniently located. A relaxing experience."
