"I may have missed it in the description, but this property does NOT have air-conditioning. The house was very stuffy and hot when we arrived, but admittedly cooled off nicely at night. Fans were provided and very necessary. The house was nice and clean, but some appliances were in poor condition or not working. There is a washing machine, but the "dryer" is a set of cloths lines in the back yard! lol I had the impression this property was closer to the beach and maybe even had a nice view, but...

"This cottage is in a nice location only 10 min walk to the beach, cafes & shops of Oneroa village. The cottage had a pleasant view, but the bedrooms were very small. There was only 1 coathanger for the whole cottage. The oven was left quite dirty and needed a deep clean. Overall we thought it was a bit expensive and certainly only just 3 star standard."

"This is a beautiful house, very spacious, lovely native bush surrounding it. But we would never stay here again because the mold smells were so bad, espacially sleeping downstairs. My son left with a respiratory sickness after two nights of breathing mold in the downstairs bedroom. We opened all the windows to air the place out, but without screens on the windows, the mosquitos were so bad that my other two family members left with about twenty itching bites between them.
