"We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter."
"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

"The staff at check in was super friendly and allowed us to keep our cold food items in the office fridge until we were able to have our unit later that afternoon. Loved our unit and the view from the lanai was awesome. Napili is an amazing area and we will definitely be back. "
"Phenomenal but not for the budget conscious. We absolutely loved the resort especially the beach. Having your own entrance and reserved chairs was perfect. The pools are beautiful and the resort is stunning. The parking fees was pricey but Uber was going to cost double. Overall a huge 10. We will be returning. "
"What a great experience from check in to check out, this place is well located, close to best beaches, activities, surf places, scuba diving. The hotel is like an apartment, with all the commodities that you need to make your stay be comfortable and enjoy your vacation trouble free, plenty of parking. Mss Lisa, the lady i the front desk is the most professional and gentle person in the world, I can continue talking about my great experience in this place all day. If I come back to Maui, the most beautiful Island in the world, I would stay here again. I recommend this hotel 100%, and give this place a 1000 stars."

"Napili Village was absolutely amazing. The location was great, the services outstanding, the staff friendly and helpful. It was a little slice of paradise. The bed was very hard and not overly comfortable, but that was our only minus in a whole LOT of plusses!"
