Even after my special request to little décor the room they have just provide with cake and welcome card. Total 8 rooms are there they didn't serve the dinner in room after special request. "It was good , but the room we got this time did not have good view .,I have visited Hilton Shillim 6 times . The staff were not willing to change the room even on payment . It was difficult to escalate this to the site manager . Was disappointed ."
