Good value for the price. My daughter enjoyed the pool and I liked the fitness center. We loved the breakfast and the lobby.

Hyatt Place Waco
Room was unclean, could visibly see the dust. We didn’t feel comfortable eating in our room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It completely bent to the side of the heavier person. I’m 150, the other person was 180. Hallway was dirty. The staff though was very nice.
