"Staff at the front desk weren't assistive and made a big mistake upon check in. I was upset with the situation and advised the front desk. I received an apology but nothing else. It was super disappointing considering we have stayed here many, many times."

"We experienced a serious safety concern during our stay involving a bathroom outlet that sparked and caused damage to personal items. This was reported immediately, however no room change was offered and the concern was met with a dismissive response at the time. There was also no follow-up during the remainder of our stay. The pool area was another issue — the water appeared dirty and the floor surrounding it was extremely slippery. My granddaughter slipped while exiting the pool area and sustained a concussion. It was not until the following day, after contacting the corporate office, that any meaningful follow-up occurred. While the situation was eventually addressed and compensation was provided, the lack of immediate response and attention to safety concerns was disappointing."
