"Amazing stay and views. Great location near downtown but not right in the heart of it so you have some quietness and tranquility. Spa is great as well. Would recommend!"

"Wonderful, helpful staff. TERIFFIC breakfast, especially for a hotel that doesn't charge a lot. Access to everything I wanted in Bariloche was right outside the door. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. "

"Not a good place to stay during the summer if you want a quiet place with a view. Lot´s of noice from the street just outside the window. And also a lot of light from outside went inside the room."

"The view from the dining room and my room was amazing! The staff was nice and responsive. However, they were not so diligent. When I got there, the shower was not working, the heat was blasting. This stuff should be checked before a guest arrives. But they fixed these issues when I asked. They got a plumber the next day to fix the shower. And they turned down the heat. There was also a raised platform that was a tripping hazard on the way from the bathroom to the bed. They should have had...

"The positive: There's permanently someone at the front desk you can talk to in case of a question or an issue. The staff are attentive and responsive. The hotel is located very close to the centre where you can find plenty of restaurants, caffe and bars. The breakfasts are good.
The negative: The rooms are small. The isolation is poor. People talking in the corridor felt like they're standing and talking inside my room. The facilities are old. Hot water is not really hot in the busiest hour...

"The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It’s located within the main street and it ’s surrounded by a lot of streets and dining options. The hotel itself it’s awful. It’s way to expensive for the quality and property conditions. My room had a lot of areas where the painting was coming off or the wall was cracked. The reception lady that helped me with the check in was awful. I had to wait for more than 45 mins to be able to do check in. The buffet breakfast is ok but definitely not...

"Great location within walking distance of the landmarks. But what stood out was their front desk staff! Second to none.
My husband had a leg injury and they called 911 for assistance and maintained availability of ice at any time to serve our needs. Would stay there again. "
"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"
"Large room, powerful shower, weak wifi in room. In the middle of an ownership transfer, could use some refreshing but overall ok. Friendly staff, easy parking, walk to restaurants. Some road noise at night with open window."
