"Very clean and perfect room! View of the mountains and city courtyard. The bottle of prosecco waiting was a fabulous gift from the hotel. I loved staying here! The room had character- and comfort. The doors allow some noise, so could be a little bothersome to sensitive sleepers"

"The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. We were meeting my Italian relatives for the first time, and most meals were at their homes, so we did not have the chance to eat at Atilier. Next time! We are already deciding when we will come back to Domodossola and the Eurossola Hotel!"

"We checked in and the room was very hot. I asked the person at the front desk how to adjust the thermostat. I was told the air conditioning was broken. I said we didn’t want to stay the second night with the room temperature so high. I was told we could not check out a day early to move to another hotel with air conditioning, but we would receive a one night credit. We have not seen it."
