Good hotel with friendly staff. Pros: rooms are new, interesting design, big parking in front of the hotel. Cons: restaurant closed on Sundays and Mondays, you can’t get any food from hotel on this days. No room service available. Ventilation grids (a least in my room) have a lot of dust accumulated on it. My opinion - if you declare your property as “4 stars hotel with restaurant”, such service must be available 7 days a week and not only 5.

This hotel is very nice and the larger rooms are well appointed. Staff is nice, but have almost no training or understanding of hospitality management. This is true in the restaurant and front office. Staff missed multiple opportunities to go above the regular service requirement, and were missing key skills that would have enhanced our experience. I’m not sure if this is a training gap or that staff have not been enabled to properly serve customers. The hotel and restaurant were empty when we stayed and staffing levels were high. Expected more based on price. This hotel had a long ways to go to earn a higher rating. HZ University is around the corner and they have excellent tourism and hospitality programs. Perhaps an opportunity for this establishment?

Fint hotell men dålig service i restaurangen

Jättefint hotell men dålig service i restaurangen. Vi kom fram sent pga köer och frågade om vi kunde beställa ngt att äta eftersom vi inte ätit sedan frukost men det gick inte för köket höll på att stänga trots det så höll de på med en annan sen beställning till en annan kund. Alltså var ju inte köket stängt än.

Wir haben 4 wunderschöne Tage im Hotel Timmerfabriek verbracht. Das Hotel besticht durch eine außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre, sehr durchdachte Details und durch freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Vlissingen's Altstadt ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso wie die Küste. Das gilt auch für die örtliche Gastronomie. Überwältigend war der Blick aus unserem Zimmerfenster auf den Hafen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen persönlicher Natur: Wir haben etwas Fisch am Frühstücksbuffet vermisst.

Hotel wie in einer Ferienwohnung und das noch mit den 4 Sternen ‘!!! Das Hotel außerhalb sowie innerhalb war schön , jedoch wenn man in den Zimmerservice und das Frühstück anschaut fragt man sich wofür man Bezahlt. Am ersten Tag war das Zimmer dreckig, das Bett war gemacht aber wenn man die Decke aufmacht , fremdes Haar unter dem Lacken „nicht ein paar“. Die Antwort wir schicken morgen eine Putzfrau, momentan haben die Mitarbeiter Feierabend . Kein entschuldig oder neues Zimmer bekommen. Nur neues Bettlacken in die Hand gedrückt bekommen, machen Sie selber. Am 2.Tag kam die Putzfrau rein hat das Bett nur zugerichtet und gegangen. Der Boden war weiterhin dreckig. Mein Baby konnte sich nicht frei bewegen. Die Antwort war :“Sie hatten doch von uns neuen Bettlacken bekommen’!“ Tag 3 kam die Putzfrau und diesmal habe ich den Dreck überall gezeigt. Und so ging es die Tage weiterhin weiter die Räume und das Kinderzimmer wurde gar nicht sauber gemacht. Einfach nur das Bett hinrichten und raus. Da das Zimmer für den Zimmerservice offen war, nahm ich öfters den Staubsauger raus und habe es selber in die Hand genommen. Die 4 Sterne für das Hotel muss sofort entzogen werden.! Das war einfach ein Witz Das Frühstück immer dasselbe gewesen. Keine großen Auswahlen vorhanden. In anderen Hotels bekommt man mehr. Das Fruchtcoctail war ständig mit den kleinen Fliegen , so das der Appetit der nebenliegenden Oliven, Gurken, Tomaten und Paprika der Appetit verging
