"Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking. What made the experience even worse was how helpless and unprepared the staff seemed when the issue was brought...

"El Hotel está cerca del aeropuerto aproximadamente a unos 20 minutos,el taxi cobra al rededor de $30 Euros, el desayuno cumple bastante huevos revueltos, salchicha, jamón queso, yogurth, fruta té, café, pan dulce y salado cereales, la estación del metro está a 10-15 minutos caminando, y desde ahí puedes ir a cualquier lugar que quieras, cerca hay también tiendas de todo tipo y por la noche a 500 metros un lugar para cenar con música en vivo , muy recomendable"

"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

"We were greeted outside by our amazing hostess Josephine and given a tour of our unique and well appointed inn. We got valuable touring and restaurant tips, a beautifully decorated room that took us back in time and complimentary welcome drinks and snacks. We slept well and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in our room. The hotel itself is quite central, close to Naples airport and central station, but we found the neighbourhood to be ‘gritty’. We unfortunately didn’t feel comfortable walking...
