"There was a bit of confusion on check in as they have two lobby’s and one accomodation section on the marina and another facing to pool area. We went to one but we were staying in the other. I was unwell and just wanted to go to the room but we were kept waiting some time and then eventually walked down to the other lobby and as we went I was told we had a room upgrade and we were in a premium room now and got given the key to that room…and then we got to the other lobby and they took that key...

"What an amazing hotel. The location is perfect. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We used The Harvest restaurant for breakfasts, which were among the best we have ever tried and dined at other on site bars and restaurants at the Crowne Plaza during our stay. A special call out to the manager, Mr Kumar who leads a highly professional team. Our rooms were spacious,the gardens stunning, the staff so welcoming and the facilities well maintained.
