Hotel Keluarga di Viti Levu

"I’ve stayed at the Gateway on occasions when I was leaving or departing on cruise from Lautoka. It’s significant that I chose the Gateway when my daughters travelled with me. Why? It’s so convenient and predictably friendly."

"The suite we booked was very dirty. The floors were not cleaned especially the bathroom by the toilet. Dry sticky stuff still around the toilet. Cold water in shower & bath floor flooding after shower. The microwave door very dirty & electric kettle broken & dirty & all light switches dirty. Shouldn't be called a suite. The staff & surrounding excellent"

"Very well set up for the families and the staff was amazing especially Elmo and Mitch from kids club. Will be back."

"We found this to be an attractive and very hospitable resort. Our room was well designed and tastefully decorated, comfortable. It faced a little garden full of flowers and birds. The room was totally quiet. The lobby and restaurant were fine. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely return. The shuttle to the airport ran frequently."

"They overcharged me a substantial amount of money. I emailed them and it took more than a month to get a reimbursement. There lack of communication and the delay to email replies were appalling. Definately overpriced for what it was."

"Great breakfast, relaxing pools, beach view sunsets amazing. Clean room, staff brilliant."

"a Great place to be with children."

"Great little place if you are after somewhere just to sleep, close to restaurants. Great made to order breakfast. Lovely friendly staff."
