"There were positives and negatives. This hotel could be better maintained. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, location is excellent, nice, clean gym, staff was friendly although housekeeping not as responsive as I would have liked. Specifically, I could have easily grabbed a towel from the gym on my way out but asked the front desk for one instead. They said they would send housekeeping up with one. I waited a long time then got one from the person on the floor cleaning the rooms....

"Was very satisfied with my stay. I really feel like the rooms need microwaves tho..I thought that was weird to have everything else but that. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable "

"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "

"It looked like the room hadnt been cleaned. There were stains behind the toilet and in the shower. Hair was coming out of the drain and sink was grimy. Eveything else was pretty average otherwise, just felt unlclean, even in places like the elevator or hallway."

"Rooms a bit dated, if you don’t have room fan/air running you can hear conversations clearly from next room, amongst other things. TV in our room was not watchable, screen constantly freezing & becoming pixelated. Bathroom sink area, not enough room or shelf beneath to put toiletries. "

"The smell of the lobby as I walked in was enough to turn me off. My first thought was I made a mistake in booking here, therefore making me skeptical of the room. I was so upset that it was the only place I could find at last minute as having a room. The customer service from the front desk personnel was off. Luckily enough the room was not bad I just slept for a few hours as I felt uncomfortable being there. This does not have the capacity of being a 4-5 star. "
