"I was amazed at how helpful the staff was and courteous. It was very clean and delicious food. The rooms were nice. It was in a central location where you could either go on excursions in a tour or on your own. Both were quite good. I especially remember the Porterl Luis I was very helpful and kind. They have a store very close by and the people in there were very courteous and helpful. Also, I had an excellent time. It was peaceful yet there was things you can do. I will go again."

"This place is top notch. The property is extremely well maintained. The staff is exceptional, most notably the Entertainment Staff - Ivan, Enrique, Axel amd Miguel, the Pool servers- Chucky, and the Restaurant staff - Ivan at Himitsu. These staff members go above and beyond. All amenities are centrally located. Delicious food options, especially the Japanese Restaurant and the room service is the best we have ever had - French Toast, Avocado Toast. The spa waa lovely. Diana gave me the best massage I have ever had. The tours into town were great and so fun - Bike and Hike, Chocolate and Tequila Tasting, Bike and Swim. The accompanying staff, those of the Entertainment Staff mentioned above, are hilarious. The only disappointing part of our trip was the inability to swim in the Ocean due to excessive waves. Obviously not the fault of the establishment. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our daily afternoon visits to the area closest to the beach where we enjoyed the most amazing naps being lulled to sleep by the crashing waves and the healthy ocean air. Any upgrade to the Preferred Club is likely unnecessary, but you do you."

"The Hotel is breath taking despite going through some renovations. The rooms are very clean and the staff is exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They truly go above and beyond for us guests. We will definitely be booking here again when we return to Cabo."
