"Serena was extremely helpful! It’s conveniently located between 2 tram stops & you can take the tram from the airport for less than 2€! This place is about a mile walk from the Duomo, which is great for me but something to consider. Personally, I liked that it was a little bit away from the more congested touristy spots.
