What a gem this motel is!!!!! Absolutely lovely. The room was spacious and upgraded....squeaky clean as well. The receptionist (Amelia???) greeted us with a friendly, cheerful smile. We would most certainly return to this motel and will highly recommend it to others!!

Fantastic service and friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious & comfortable beds. Nicely tucked away so you can't hear to much traffic. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Only good thing was close to small shopping centre, a bit pricey based on the condition and facilities available, a bit dusty smelly linens and rooms and tiny swimming pool which was not accessible. The creaking floorboards were annoying.

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback!As you upgraded your room from a standard room to a loft apartment, there was a price increase to reflect this. There was no cleaning staff available to prepare your upgraded room, as they had prepared your original room for your stay and had already finished for the day.The plunge pool is only displayed as that, it is a featured photo on the Expedia website. As it is winter, we have had no guests use it / ask to use it.

Really nice clean motel, perfect for overnight stop on our trip. Love the area of Huskisson which was only a 5 min drive. Perfect configuration for a small family.

Nice place, walkable distance to beach Clean interior and well maintained. Andrew the owner was great - friendly and welcoming. Only sour point was, when leaving, we asked for a slightly late check out (10:30 rather than 10) as we woke up late. We were curtly told no, and we had to be out by 10, which made us rush packing/morning routine.

Hi Madhu,Thank you for your positive comments regarding accommodation at Dolphin Shores. Regarding check-out, our policy is strictly no later than 10.00am. We offer early check-ins to the Australian Federal Government and regular direct bookers. As a small motel, we cannot offer late check-outs when we are offering early check-ins. Guests call the night before check-in to see what time their accommodation will be ready and we give them a promised time. I tried to explain when I called your room that we promised your room to the next guest at 11.00am and it takes us approximately 50 minutes to clean that room.We would have done the same thing for you if the roles were reversed.I am sorry that your experience wasn't pleasant regarding check-out and on understanding our policy, we hope to see you again at another time.Kindest regards,Andrew.

We were made feel very welcome by the Owner and given a very thorough understanding of the area and places to go and visit. The accomodation was immaculate and clean. We received room service daily changing our towels and dishes/ cutlery. The bed was extremely comfortable and facilities 10/10. I felt extremely safe at the accomodation and knew the owner was around if we needed. I highly recommend this accomodation and will be returning to stay at Dolphin Shores when holidaying on the South Coast.
