"I rented 4 King Bungalows for my family. We came to see them before everyone arrived. The landscaping is exceptional with how private each bungalow is. Parking is well planned at each of the bungalows as well. The property is so well kept and so pretty in person when you get the perspective of the trees and shrubbery down the whole street of bungalows. Lily, the innkeeper, was so helpful and friendly with booking and checking in and making sure everyone had what they needed. Everyone loved the layout of each. Loved their beds and loved the decor. They didn't want to leave!"

"Had such a lovely experience at Golden Haven Hot Springs. Everything from the staff, amenities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere was wonderful. The location was perfect, parking was easy and convenient, and the entire stay felt relaxing from start to finish. You can really tell they care about the guest experience. I would absolutely stay here every time I visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway."

"It was unexpected that we needed to specifically request maid service if we wanted our bed made or toiletries replenished or dry towels. For the price of the room, we expected that the housekeeping services would be automatic."

"This is a contactless property but ice needs to be requested between 7am and 5pm. I asked for it after 5pm and was told "no". Not a lot of amenities and when we flushed our toilet, water spewed from the tank. Pretty expensive but it is walking distance to many restaurants."

"Room was spacious enough for two adults and quiet even though along a major street. The restaurant was very good and the live music was pleasant, not overbearing for environment. "

"Good location with a small hot springs fed pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. No breakfast is provided but the Calistoga Roastery opens early and is excellent - maybe 1/2 mile walk into town. They have a coffee machine in the lobby but for early risers, you can’t access it till 8.AM. Cold filtered water is always available for water bottles."

"The room was very comfortable & what I expected from the pictures. The best treat was the spa experience. We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. Fan of the Napa/Calistoga Valley area! We’ll be back."
