The staff were exceptional. Courteous attentive and informed about the area. The hotel itself was very clean. The view looking out the window of on room on the first floor was not good. I did not expect a view since it was the first floor and because we reserved it through Expedia, but looking at garbage cans and constant traffic of maintenance people back and forth was not pleasant. We were not in the room much and we kept the blinds shut. Overall I would recommend the Mount View Hotel and Spa. It is in a prime location.

Lovely property with good sized rooms. Like that the room had a small fridge, expresso machine, and robes for guest use. The jacuzzi was great! Loved the natural hot spring! Also loved getting coffee, breads and fruit in the morning brought to our room!

Absolutely lovely! Beautiful room with super comfortable bed and comforter! Loved the tub! And loved the HEATED mineral pool and jacuzzi outside! The only issue is parking that can be challenging, because there is no designated parking lot.

Exceeded expectations! Centrally located, heated pool and mineral whirlpool in the back. The queen balcony room was actually a suite with a balcony overlooking main street and an adorable clawfoot tub. Staff was super friendly. I appreciated that this property didn't require a 2 night minimum for a quick weekend escape. Would definitely recommend!
