"This is an excellent hotel in Champagne which we also used as a great stopover on our family road-trip to Lake Annecy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms had great views of the vineyards. The spa and pool facilities were also very good although the area does get busy during peak hours as does the car park. The main hotel restaurant is lovely with great staff also and the daily breakfast is to a good standard. Overall, amazing hotel! My only other feedback would be that during our first stopover, there were no staff available during our checkout to help with luggage which for a party of 6 with multiple suitcases can get tedious and ideally, there should be this service at a 5* hotel. The gentleman at the desk refused to help since he had to âman the deskâ (with nobody there since it was 7am anyway). We will definitely return though since overall, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Great for stop off⌠cheap and good value for money. Only issue was 1 pillow each bed wasnât great⌠and towels they were hard and thin very very poor quality. And only 2 hand towels on both occasions we stayed."

"Very helpful staff at reception, were able to secure a table reservation for us and showed us the room. Very clean property and the pool was excellent to have access to. Only minor issue is that although there is a kitchenette there were no items to use it (no cutlery, pans, cups etc) so obviously designed more for campers bringing their own items! There was a kettle/tea and coffee. Massive secure garage so no issue parking. Overall very pleasant and I would stay again if I was in the area."

"We enjoyed our stay here even though south of the city town center. It was still very convenient and close to everything. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. AC was not as cold as I like it to be, but sometimes it would kick on and itâd be really cold and nice. The staff is very friendly. They have a nice bar area and pool area. Even have a pool table and play area for the kids. I love most about this hotel was the fact that you can park your car for free and that was so convenient and so nice you didnât have to valet your car or wait for your car. You just walk out and there your car was. It was so nice! . We will stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!"
