"Very beautiful hotel, highly recommend. The walks to/from the room to the main area were about 7 mins, with breathtaking views, do recommend to bring comfortable shoes. Property has many amenities, take advantage of these! "

"The room was alright, the bed was comfortable and everything was pretty clean. However, there was no one to help us when needed. The woman who welcomed us vanished and was nowhere to be seen again. We had issues with the wifi, which could be resolved fortunately after hours of insisting with the owner on the phone who was away. The jacuzzi was not hot but rather warm. There was no fridge in the room so we couldn't store our food, and not a single table, not even a coffee table. We thought we were going to have a kitchen but that wasn't for the type of cabin we rented, which wasn't very clear from the photos on the advertising. One thing I really didn't appreciate was the owner pressuring us to pay before getting to the property, even though it was supposed to be done when arriving there. He tried to charge my card on file but it didn't work so he asked me to send my card details by message over the phone, which I refused to do because of security reasons. He then told me to transfer the money through an app but he was being very pushy, I even received a warning message that my booking could be cancelled. After I paid, he did not reply anything. I was being polite the whole time but he was clearly not doing his job on the communication side. Overall, we were disappointed by this experience that was below average, especially for the price. I had already stayed in Valle de Guadalupe five times and had never paid so high for one night, and that was by far the worst experience."

"Hotel description states that cook to order breakfast is provided, but none was made available. Staff stated that they would provide a free pizza due to the inconvenience; however, pizza was never received. Staff not prepared to assist customers. I do not recommend this property."

"The property has a great house keeping service. They will communicate through WhatsApp to ensure everything is going well in your stay. We enjoyed the pool very much but wished the restaurant was open during our stay. We did stay during off-season yet we had the perfect weather and were able to enjoy the grill and fire pit that the cabin had. "

"The staff is the friendliest I've ever met. The food is delicious. Food in general is about 30-40% less than what you would pay in LA for equivalent quality, ambience. The rooms are spectacular. The views are great. Clean clean. "

Everything was immaculate communication Via WhatsApp was very efficient and responsive with the staff. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the view we had from our breakfast was also great."
