Que du positif !
Équipe jeune et dynamique, souriante et accueillante (merci sebastien), aux petits soins pour nous satisfaire et de très bons conseils pour visiter Valparaiso et même ailleurs.
Jolie chambre dans une belle demeure, PDJ au top, ambiance douce et familiale (comme à la maison).
Allez y les yeux fermés.
Bonne continuation à la Galeria. Bravo et Merciii !

Loved the place and location
My room was right off the patio where people congregated, but never had a problem with noise. By 9 everything quieted down ( not that it wasn’t quiet in the first place).
First time I have shared a bathroom - it was kept clean, and other guests were quick to get in and out.
The staff was helpful and very accommodating - the best.
Breakfast was light and good. Don’t much like instant coffee (which is pervasive in Chile), but the hot milk was great with it.
Would stay here again.

Habitación pequeña, ventana que daba a una terraza que por la tarde cuando uno esperaba descansar, grupo de jóvenes cantaban y hablaban a los gritos. Cama encajonada. No había agua caliente. Trato descortés del encargado. Barrio inseguro, cuidacoche agresivo. Llama la atención que en algunas páginas, por ej booking, haya tantos comentarios favorables, lo que pone en duda su confiabilidad.

Superbe hotel
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, la chambre était très confortable et le staff très accueillant. Propreté impeccable.
L’hôtel dispose d'une magnifique terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur Valparaiso.
