"Ok camera, bagno e parcheggio interno compreso . Pessima l' accoglienza con lamentela della signora che ci ha salutato la mattina dopo l' arrivo per aver premotato con expedia ad un prezzo quindi piu basso .
Colazione in cestino in camera con soli prodotti confezionati improponibili per un b&b cosi piccolo ... Cambio asciugamani e pulizia stanza ogni 2 giorni giorni."

"Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, very well maintained and serviced.
Breakfast served in ground floor cafe, and again, very pleasant and welcoming staff.
Treviso is a delightful town, and an excellent base for exploring the region.
Highly recommended."

"Great stay on the very peaceful island of Burano that is a short water bus ride from Venice. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and eat in the Osteria Restaurant and order the five course entree. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. They accommodated as vegetarians. They make their own wine from grapes grown on the property and the meal was complimented with 4 wine pairings that were very unique. We return there every year for a night or two"

"Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. "

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this.
I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...

"The location is perfect, right across the street from Mestre Station. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Staying here instead of in Venice was definitely a great decision."
"Excellent location and helpful staff. They assisted us with all of our travel needs and questions, especially since I was not familiar with the area.
Wi-fi worked, room clean, the continental breakfast was enough to help you start your day, and the front desk staff was amazing!"
"Air-con does not work. Didn't sleep well as the room temperature was 26 degrees. It was too hot. There’s AC but you can’t control it or doest not do anything."
"This is a beautiful brand new hotel built in 2026 with an outstanding breakfast buffet and a rooftop bar that offers amazing sunset views and a good party vibe. Getting to the hotel is easy and convenient from Venezia Santa Lucia train station, simply jump on the Vaporetto or take a taxi for 20 euros. Touring Venice the first day we simply jumped on the Vaporetto via the Grand Canal towards St. Mark's Square. (This offers the most iconic views of Venice and takes you by all the sights you have seen in the movies!) The next day we jump on the Vaporetto in the opposite direction to get a different view of Venice and once again getting off at St. Mark's Square to explore."
"Very friendly staff and clean room. Plenty of space and very stylish. Close to plenty of tourist restaurants and not too far from proper restaurants either. Breakfast was included which was good. Overall good location and lovely staff."
"We stayed for 2 nights and the location was fantastic. It made our trip incredibly convenient, and we were able to come back and rest during the day whenever we wanted. By simply turning right after leaving the hotel, we were almost immediately at St. Mark’s Square.
In terms of comfort and cleanliness, we initially thought everything was fine. However, on our last morning, I found a bed bug in the bed after waking up, and I believe I was bitten multiple times during my stay. I think this is an issue that should be looked into and addressed to prevent future guests from experiencing the same problem."
"We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace. We stayed for 9 nights in the red suite. The staff was extremely helpful in prepping for our stay and we felt right at home. While there they assisted with arranging excursions and promptly attended to all our requests from extra pillows, coffee, etc. In the morning we had a delightful breakfast and the staff did not dissapoint. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel special. The bartenders at The Mask lounge were also great. Even helped us create our own twist on a drink. For me it was all the little details. Champagne in our room when we arrived, umbrellas provided for us when it rained, and the great communication from the time we booked the reservation. I loved the modern amenities but still felt like I was in Venice. The a/c worked great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was supurb. They even provided a hairdryer. If I make it to Venice again I would definitely stay again."
