"Parfait, rien de plus à dire. J'ai passé 12 nuits à la Villa Belza dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. J'ai été très bien reçu par Anita et Sylvain, qui se sont montrés arrangeants, sympathiques et agréables. Un grand merci pour votre accueil. Les lieux sont tops, les chambres propres et bien équipés, la piscine est un vrai plaisir et le secteur où se situe la villa est vraiment calme, avec une superbe vue. Je recommande fortement. Encore un grand merci pour tout ! "

"Sébastien nous a très bien reçu. Nous étions les seuls hôtes lors de notre passage et nous avons partagé le dîner avec lui: amuses bouches au coeur de palmier et beurre de cacahuète accompagné de rhum arrangé, gratin de chouchou, poulet massale, riz, crevettes, gâteau au maïs... tout était copieux et succulent. Sébastien est très gentil, sociable, à l'ecoute... je recommande cette chambre d'hôte à tous"

"Grandpa Pinpin was is the sweetest man I ever met. He runs the place and he keeps trying to communicate with you even if you don’t understand French. Coming from America, I truly appreciated the local experience, and his son was the first person that I actually was able to speak to in the outback of the Territory. Staying in this beautiful home in the fields of sugarcane to get a true experience. Also visit leader price market at the bottom of the street! "

"Poz Lagon est une superbe découverte, nous nous y sommes senti vraiment bien et très bien accueillis. Tout est bien pensé dans le détail, et la bienveillance de Pascal est la cerise sur le gâteau ! Merci également à Bob que nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer car notre séjour était court mais qui a contribué à ce que nous nous régalions au petit déjeuner ! Merci pour tout ! "I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level. "

"Great location in the city centre and near to the beach; professional and welcoming staff on Reception. The hotel has a lovely contemporary design and is very nicely furnished. We were allocated a bedroom on the 4th floor with a rooftop terrace which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and of a nice design."

"Well appointed, clean and charming little place with extremely comfortable beds. Was a delight to rest there after a very long day of exploring the island. Sylvette (the owner) was kind enough to wait for me after a late arrival due to flight delays, but it is important to communicate with the hotel if you’re going to be late as the reception closes at 8pm (it’s a quiet, isolated and sleepy little town). All in all, great experience with very friendly, laid-back but courteous service. Many public amenities and facilities located within walking distance from the hotel and staff are happy to recommend them. "
