Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Decepcionante

El hotel es mas caro de lo que debería ser. A pesar de ser solo un 3 estrellas, no llegan ni a ese nivel. El hotel en general esta viejo tanto en la parte física, como de los muebles. Necesita una remodelación urgente, los baños son de los años 80´s y los muebles igual. Las sabanas regulares y las toallas huelen a humedad permanentemente. Pedí cambio de toallas y las nuevas llegaron igual, entonces asumo que todas huelen asi. El staff es amable, pero es insuficiente para que el hotel sea clasificado como un 3 estrellas. No volvería. Por el valor pagado, con seguridad hay mejores opciones en Villavicencio.
