"We arrived at 2 a.m. and stayed just one night, and overall it was just okay. The room was extremely small and felt claustrophobic. It looked clean at first glance, but I wasn’t fully confident it was thoroughly cleaned. The beds were also uncomfortable. What really bothered me was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 a.m. and told us to leave the door open when we checked out, even though checkout wasn’t until 11. After a late arrival, being woken up like that wasn’t ideal. It worked for a quick overnight before heading to Rincón, but I wouldn’t stay longer."

"The hotel was NOT on the beach as pictured! Very disappointing! Need to walk up and down a tall flight of stairs, no elevator readily accessible. Other than that. Nnn.n,.n,ny"

"Resort was stunning. Beautifully maintained and landscaped. Pool areas were great as was beach. No problem getting chairs at either. Staff were all friendly. We tried most restaurants on property and all were fantastic. If I had one complaint, and this seems to be most people’s complaint, it would be that everything is very, very expensive. Plan a grocery store trip to save money. "
