Great service from lady at front desk. Room is perfect. No looking a the building in the back. Breakfast seems extended (very nice). My eoom is cleaned daily. Air conditioning is quiet. Rooms should ha e a small fridge! It 30-40 *C. Keeping water cold is vital.

The air-conditioning was horrible. The room was looking at the back of a building. Only get odd numbered rooms. Never lower than the 3rd floor. Front desk staff was not helpful. I will pick a different hotel on my rerurn.

The staff never answer the phone. A coffee shop on the first floor at evenings has a high music volume until 11:00pm

Centrally located and very clean.
Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Feels safe. There's always someone in the lobby. There's a little cafe right across the doorway exit. Convenient, but pricey; and an Oxxo at the corner. Watch your step, the sidewalks aren't always even and you could encounter an open manhole. Breakfast was fantastic. The only down side is that the beds are super uncomfortable. They are very hard. If you're looking for soft or fluffy, you won't find that here. Also, strange enough, we called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and they never delivered it. The pic advertised of the pool is located across the parking lot in the City Express Jr.

Pésimo cuarto sucio muy sucio sin cobertor sin rodapié asqueroso el piso las llaves de los cuartos sin funcionar correctamente. El check in tardo 25 minutos. El estacionamiento parece abandonado

Everything was ok, except the fact hat they ran out of water but immediately provided a workaround and sent us next door to the City Express Junior hotel where we were able to take a shower and leave after checkout.

The hotel was OK. In the bathroom, they only had 2 towels, no hand towels or face clothes. We walked around the block and I would not suggest it. The wifi was weak in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Overall it was just Ok.

A few disappointments. Poor breakfast, Magnetic key failed to open room door more than 60 % of the time, toilet had a run down leakage that kept the bathroom floor wet, and extremely poor shower water pressure and temperature, (as if all the hotel savings were on water usage). For everything else it was a pretty good stay.
