"We stayed one night and while the staff was wonderful, the parking/location easy to find and our room clean, there was no heat in our room and the remote didn't work (even after changing batteries). We didn't find out about the heat until the middle of the night, we told the staff the next morning and they offered a new room and sent maintenance in right away. The breakfast was solid."

Rooms (I moved to another room due to broken TV) didn't look to have not been updated for decades. Old mattresses, stains on carpet and bathtubs, rusts around fixtures and AC, etc. "
