"Great Staff."

"Air condition sounded like a lawn mower was on as it cycle through to turn off. It kept us awake and it was warm in the room. You have to pay for parking even if you’re staying for the night. We had to leave before 6 on a Saturday so they did not have a grab and go breakfast like they did M-F. So all of the above was disappointing. Staff was great and room was really nice. Really convenient to airport "

"We checked in at 11:10 and by the third trip down to the front desk got our key to open our door around 11:45. The key coder wasn’t working. The kid at the front desk did his best and as late as it was he was dealing with 10 or more guests checking in and having the same problems. We were flying out early so being delayed entry to our room wasted time. Do your job Hilton. Thanks "

"It took us almost 2 hours to check in. There was only 1 checkin person and they were very slow. Not sure if the process or person was the issue but a horrible experience. "

"Info all stated 11 pm shuttle cut-off. At arrival they informed us it had stopped at 9pm. Hotel is dated, lots of holes in wall, stains etc. Our first room was uncleaned, possibly had someone inside. Left too early to try breakfast. Front desk staff accompanied us to new room, which was top floor, no complaints. Comfy bed! Nothing special for the price. They did offer us a free bottle of water in the morning =) Shuttle driver was super nice."

"Could not check in due to being under 21 years of age after not being told. I also tried to cancel this booking and was told that it’s not refundable and no where did it state any of this! Terrible customer service with no resolution."
