"My check-in wait was rather excessive. And I watched the lobby clear twice of other customers who came before and after I did before I received a room. And had to ask 2 times before requesting to speak with a manager about the matter. The rest of my stay was great!"

"I loved the clean and comfortable room, and the staff was great. The internet was brutal. Terrible! I had an international business Zoom meeting. I was leading the meeting, and the internet dropped the call multiple times. Truly, in today's world, if you don't have excellent internet at your hotel, I cannot stay with you. It is a deal breaker. All of that is too bad because everything else was good or excellent."

"There were several long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom had some sort of sewer odor emanating from the shower. The music from the roof top restaurant could be heard in our room and continued until 11:00pm."

The parking was very confusing though but I called the phone number provided and they talked me through it kindly and competently. The apartment was very nice and very clean and very spacious!"
