"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"When I booked this place I was stupid to assume that 3 people would have beds! A pull out couch with broken springs is not an acceptable bed. Towels only for 2 people. No bath mat. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes. No extra linens at all. The pull out bed in the couch had DIRTY WRINKLED SHEETS. "

"This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It is in the city center walkable to all amenities that a family may need. The apartment is clean,furnished with everything and more. "The hotel staff were gracious and very helpful with directions for transportation and storing our bags on check out day so we could sight see in the morning. Breakfast had many many options and was wonderful. The room was very clean."

"A really excellent hotel with added benefits of swimming pool, spa teatments available that unfortunately we weren't able to make use of because of our own schedule. Nor did we try the evening meal but if the breakfast was anything to go by that too would have been excellent. Lovely large room with balcony, immaculate bath and shower. And there is a type 2 car charger. Great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay."
