Practical, clean and friendly

Very clean, room spacious, beautful surroundings, friendly staff, price/value ratio very good. Rooms are as on the photos. Great way to avoid the parking in the city if one needs to be outside the city centre

This is part of the bar on the high street. All the locals use it and there is much shouting and door slaming at the end of the evening. Then very quiet. Staff were very helpful despite my lack of Spanish.

Personal muy amable, limpieza diaria de la habitación, el bar está a unos pasos para desayunar y comer. Las playas estan a tan solo 23 mins en coche. Rodeado de naturaleza, senderos, nos enamoró Villanueva. Volveremos mas que seguro!!

Ir hacia el norte y estar como en casa, hotel familiar con un bar propio junto al establecimiento con muy buena relacion calidad precio con un personal de 10 todo muy limpio y nuevo a 1 minuto de Cabárceno y a 15 minutos de Santander. Si vas a Cantabria este es tu alojamiento.

Bien, pero el bar es molesto

Al llegar te dan las llaves y no vuelves a ver a nadie en toda la estancia. Las habitaciones están bien, pero si tienes la mala suerte de que te toque en el lado del bar... Adiós al descanso. Entre los coches entrando y saliendo y los clientes cuando gritan tomando algo hasta la 1 de la mañana en fin de semana, y los desayunos... Bueno. Si no vas a estar mucho en el hotel, entonces todo bien. Es difícil encontrar plaza si llegas a horas de comidas, cenas o aperitivos, lo ocupan los clientes del bar.

Está a 12 minutos de Santander y es justo lo que buscábamos. Echamos en falta una nevera y las paredes son muy finas porque se oyen las conversaciones de al lado y el pasillo.
