"I’ve been staying here for three years, this is my fourth. It’s not the same. The staff are not as friendly, helpful except the one younger lady with blond hair. She was so nice. I even had FIVE of my friends stay there and bragged about the service, I was embarrassed I had people spending thousands of dollars for sub par service. They usually have an amazing breakfast full of sliced fruit , delicious meats and veggies and egg. There was a bowl of sour smelling cut up apples, grapefruit and...

"A wonderful high-end property. However we wound up in a room on floor1 and the noise from the tram passing by all night was irritating. It would've been all five star if we were on a higher floor. Maybe next time"
