"Liked: staff and service, cleaness, property condition, breakfast, location, working AC, amenities. Friendly and helpful staffs made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant. I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco. Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket. I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel. "

It felt a lot like Bourbon Street in Louisiana during the weekend with the street lined with happy people until the early morning. I ended up joining in my last night and had a fantastic time. The room was nice with a cute balcony looking over the cobblestone streets. I would definitely stay there again. "

"the tub worked fantastic, Erika and Francesco were kind and very helpful with reservations and any requests. great location too. Only challenge were the stairs but we were assisted with luggage when help was around. Coffee, water and tea are available, but food is available at nearby kiosks and restaurants. It’s a quaint experience. "
