Al llegar y ver toda la fiesta que rodea el hotel pence que no dormiría pero el piso 12 es callado y una vista increíble que me enamore por primera vez amé Medellín por la noche y al amanecer es una vista increíble y un silencio total lo recomiendo 100 veces es el mejor en todo

Terrible noche

Fue terrible, en la noche no se puede dormir ya que se escucha mucho ruido. Adicional se duerme muy intranquilo ya que al ingreso nos explican la cantidad de cobros que nos podrian realizar solo por entrar al perrito y aparte de todo nos cobraron 30.000 pesos por el ingreso de mascotas, cuando eso nunca no lo habian indicado y no esta en la pagina. De verdad que fue la peor experiencia en un Hotel.

Service sympathique mais chambres bruyantes

Nous étions un groupe de quatre amis et nous avions réservé quatre chambres pour une nuit. Nous devions partir le lendemain à 8h. Malheureusement, le petit déjeuner commencé lui aussi à 8h. La personne de l'accueil nous a permis de le prendre à 7h30 ce qui était fort gentil. Les chambres étaient mal isolées et nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit. Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Mon parrain, qui est âgé, a du porter sa valise sur des escaliers jusqu'au premier étage. Je n'ai jamais trouvé comment avoir de l'eau chaude dans ma douche et j'ai donc du prendre une douche à l'eau froide. Nous avons finalement pris le petit-déjeuner à 7h30 et la personne était très gentille.

Hotel de reciente construcción, con buena ubicación, que ofrece servicios básicos. Habitaciones limpias y en buenas condiciones. Buen parqueadero. Personal amable (de destacar la muy buena actitud de Laura en la recepción). El desayuno podría ser más variado, así lo cobraran aparte. Gracias.
