"Staff were friendly, helpful / responsive to queries. Facilities were clean. No mini bar in the room. 1 bottle of still water daily. I would expect 1 still and 1 sparkling at a minimum. Cleaning staff opened room door without first knocking and announcing themselves properly, which wasn’t appropriate. One morning they then knocked before 8:30am to clean. Not a good idea when one is on holiday. My booking was for a room with a pool view, I got a room facing the bushes, roadside so I could hear the cars. Breakfast was a good selection but the same variety daily (menu could be a bit more varied). Spa - to use the facilities one had to pay €10 for 3 hours. I would expect for a 5 star and based on prices use of the spa facilities will be included in the price, of course treatments would need to be paid for. Location is not in a central area but not too far away by car from main area near the marina. There is also a free shuttle to take you there. Overall, I was satisfied but there are some small areas that could be tweaked for a 5 star hotel."
