This is a basic 3-floor hostel. During our visit in Feb the elevator was out of order and the pool is closed in winter. It is at the bottom of town above the marina; this area is safe and quiet but 10 minutes walk from the centre. The hostel is somewhat worn but it is clean and we found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The negative is the breakfast which is minimal with dreadful coffee!

The property was generally good, and in a good location, but housekeeping leaves something to be desired. It took four days of requests to get our bathroom bin emptied, and the lounge area didn't seem to be cleaned very often. The pool was green, and unusable! Breakfast is OK, but basic.

This hostel does not have anything to offer aside from a bed and bathroom. No laundry, no concessions, cannot purchase even water out of a machine or anywhere. The pool is dirty and out of order during summer season. There was no one available to check me in, I was outside ringing the bell over and over wondering if/ when anyone was on staff at all until someone finally arrived after a very long wait.

Misledende skilt på døren men godt hostel

Døren er låst og de har et skilt foran hvor der står at der ikke er personale før kl 15, så ventede 7 timer uden grund ude foran men udover det er det et virkelig godt hostel med vildt god placering

De jeugdherberg is gelegen in een mooi gebouw met prima kamers met airco. Het ontbijt is basic maar ok. Helaas zijn er wel wat opmerkingen wat betreft het onderhoud. (Klinken die kapot zijn, zwembad al langere tijd niet functioneel, kapot ligbed, haardroger 2e verdieping kapot, wc out of service…) het wordt tijd dat hier een klusjesman wordt ingehuurd…

Eigentlich mehr schlecht. Positiv: wurde von der Rezeption angerufen, ob ich es zum Check pünktlich schaffe. Weiter positiv: die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert und zu den Tauchbasen ist es keine 5min. Alle sind freundlich. Preis ist der günstigste auf der Insel. Generell kann man aber sage, dass das ganze Hostel grundlegend saniert werden müsste. Alles verrottet! Aufzug funktioniert nicht, Fenster schließen nicht (Kopfsteinpflaster vor der Tür), Abfluss stinkt, Matratzen schon längst durchgelegen, usw...

Muito potencial, pouco concretizado

A pousada tem imenso potencial, mas sofre de falta de pessoal e fraca gestão. Tivemos 4 noites em quarto particular e apenas na última noite nos tinham tirado o lixo e passado a vassoura no chão. O pequeno almoço é abaixo de básico, e chegou ao ponto de estar apenas 1 copo e 2 chávenas limpas quando estavam 7 pessoas para tomar o pequeno (e entraram depois ainda mais 2), sem ninguém na copa ou na recepção para ajudar/repor. Noutro dia o leite tinha acabado e simplesmente não havia mais na copa para repor; a moça da recepção teve de ir comprar. A explicação que nos deram foi que tinham falta de pessoal e uma colega nova muito lenta. Eu imagino que não dê obras nas ilhas seja mais difícil de arranjar, mas assim também não é forma de ter um negócio a funcionar. Já não falando da piscina, inexplicavelmente sem funcionar em pleno verão.

Réservation de 2 chambres doubles en juillet. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et propres. Les espaces communs sont agréables et appréciables, notamment la terrasse et la piscine. Il manque, toutefois, un espace libre cuisine avec frigo, ce que l'on trouve normalement dans les auberges de jeunesse...

The property was in a great location with the most amazing views. The staff were great when asked for assistance or information. Unfortunately, The quiet time is not until midnight. Normally in other hostels that I have stayed quiet time is 10pm. The two nights I stayed, one week apart, the other patrons were very loud. The second stay there were a lot of children staying and they were yelling and running around a lot. The staff did not ask them to stop and neither did their supervisors. It was not until I said something to the children myself after 10pm that a supervisor came out of their room. I have stayed at a lot of hostels and never had this experience with other patrons being so loud.
