Terrible check in process

The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were doing. After the check in process, they didn’t give us directions to where we’re actually staying so we looked in the wrong building before finally asking a kind stranger to help us. It was a frustrating end to a long day of walking the Camino. Otherwise it was a good location and the beds were comfortable.

Mantenimiento del apartamento deficiente. Problemas con la cama y el agua caliente. Muy buena la atención de la persona que estaba en recepción, nos soluciono los problemas con mucha amabilidad.

Bien ubicado

El estudio esta bien para dos personas pero sufrimos todas las noches el ruido de un motor que no se si provenía de un apartamento vecino. Deberian cuidar más el mantenimiento: todos los grifos se movian.
