"Very nice hotel near Santiago's attractions. Staff was very helpful with retrieving taxis throughout stay. Use of Keurig (only with an upgraded room apparently, otherwise there's coffee service in the lobby) was nice though we could have used a kettle as well (or in lieu of). The room was very well appointed with nice touches with two doors overlooking the garden. The small metal light next to bed runs very hot (I burnt my finger) so be careful not to touch it directly to move it around...

"We had a lovely room overlooking the bay. One recommendation: provide a wine opener in every room (like the majority of hotels/inns I stayed at on this trip), rather than charging 5 euros to have room service bring an opener."
