"We had a wonderful time and the apartment is very well situated in the heart of Verona. There are a couple of bars below the apartment, but all music stopped at 10.30pm. The bars themselves are worth a visit. The bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment is well furnished (there is no air dryer so remember to bring one, or go without) I would definitely visit again and would recommend the apartment without hesitation. "Had an amazing 2 night stay here in one of the 1 bedroom houses. In amazing condition, had everything we needed and more. Supermarket just down the road and good transport links made everything nice and easy. Only problems we had were one morning we woke up with no electricity (it was back on when we got back later in the day though) and when checking out before 8AM the ‘automatic’ gate didn’t open for us and we had to get someone in the breakfast area to get it opened. Overall really enjoyed it...

"It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "That was our first visit to Verona and we had a brilliant time.Hotel San Luca was great and exceeded our expectations.Location was perfect for exploring the town but at same time it’s positioned in a quiet street so it very peaceful..It was convenient for reaching train station quickly and easily too.Room was good size,very clean and modern.Bed was really comfortable and we had a great night sleep.We stayed for two nights and after the first one room was cleaned and tidied which surprised us pleasantly.Breakfast was very delicious and abundant including sweet(croissants,cakes,muffins) and savoury(cheeses,ham,salami,spreads)food.Excellent selection of bread rolls,muesli,jams and drinks.Staff and especially Milena was amazing,friendly and helpful and answered all our questions.We couldn’t ask for better experience!"
