"Serenity is a wonderful luxury resort with amazing accommodations and fabulous food options at the restaurant on site. Full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner within the all inclusive resort. Very relaxing by the pool and
beach cabanas across the street provide a
beach getaway which was outstanding. I cannot say enough about Serenity! Truly a gem and we’ll go back again.
Lastly, the staff were all wonderful and provide top shelf service, especially our butler McCarthy!

"I stayed at the upper house. I was the only person there other than host (this is someone's home). It is a beautiful property part way up the hill with a fantastic view of the sunset and of the Pitons in the distance. It is very quiet there for a good night's sleep.
I really needed a break at the time and this was the perfect place for it. I walked up 30 minutes to the observatory at the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the southern part of St. Lucia. Later in the day, I walked another...

"There was no reception available to greet us and check us out at the hotel. The manager was unprofessional and lacked essential interpersonal skills, and told us initially he didn't receive our reservation from Expedia. The availability of a consistent Wi-Fi service and running water for the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and the toilet was very poor. In fact, I had physically go and speak to one of the employees to remind her that there was no running water in our hotel room. As a result, she had...

"I liked the closeness to the airport. I did not like the accommodations. The rooms were tiny, bathroom kinda difficult to stand in. Stairway difficult to climb with luggage. No one to call if you had a problem at night for they close at 10pm and the office is across the street in the gas station. Will not recommend. Thanks "
