We had an amazing trip to Serenity. The staff is there to help with whatever you need. Our butler was great. He helped plan our excursions and book our dinners every night. He was always present but not intrusive. The room was wonderful. The outside gazebo and plunge pool were relaxing and a nice getaway from others. I would recommend breakfast in your room every morning. Also spend time at the pool and bar - you will meet great people - both the staff and visitors. I would recommend this trip to any couple who wants to get away from the chaos and reconnect.

The food, suite, staff and amenities were all excellent. Our Butler, Kert, went above and beyond to make sure we had anything and everything we requested. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic getaway, I would highly recommend Serenity, it definitely surpassed our expectations.

Wow - what can I say . This truely is an amazing place to stay on vacation or for a special occasion to relax . The rooms and the private gardens are both very spacious and very well equipped with (more than) everything you could want or need ( the only thing I would add is that it would have been nice if the in room plunge pool had the option to be heated). There was a dedicated butler to look after your restaurant or excursion reservations, drinks, laundry, 24 hour in room dining etc . We had an amazing butler named Ethan who made our stay beyond 5* - thank you so much Ethan . He made everything look so professional and seamless - it was on the level with top Dubai and Far East hotels that we’ve stayed in . All the staff were also very warm delivering friendly and efficient service. We ate at the Greathouse for most meals - the food ( as well as cocktails and smoothies) were very good. A shout out to Jemma and Ginal too who remembered our food and drink preferences down to the last detail on a meal by meal basis . We have stayed at other hotels in St Lucia but if a relaxing stay with top level service is what you after , then Serenity should be top of your list. We shall be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much!! Narrissa was outstanding in everything she did for us. I was very sad to say goodbye to her! Food was excellent and so were the drinks that Ray made for us, his smile really brightens up your day!! I don’t even know where to begin—this was truly one of the most memorable trips my husband and I have ever taken. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and treated like family. Nella, Ginel, and all of the wonderful staff welcomed us by name and with a smile every single day , and Kevin kept us engaged and entertained from the moment we stepped onto the property until the moment we left. Our butler, Kimberly, was exceptional—caring, attentive, and sincerely invested in making every detail of our stay feel special. Housekeeping was another highlight. Shirley is an absolute gem. She left us daily affirmations and the most creative towel designs, and her energy set the tone for our mornings. Jonathan, the Coconut Man, made sure we had fresh coconut water every day, which became one of our favorite rituals. And even relaxing by the pool came with thoughtful touches—Ray surprised us by cleaning our lenses while we lounged, which was such a simple but memorable act of kindness. The food was outstanding, the entertainment kept us smiling day and night, and every staff member we encountered made us feel welcomed and cared for. This resort isn’t just 5 stars; it’s in a category of its own. We’re sad to leave, but already talking about when we’ll return to this little piece of paradise. ---

The resort was truly fantastic! The staff were so attuned to the guests' needs that they anticipated what you might desire or need, and were always happy and friendly. The grounds and accommodations were impeccably kept, from the very comfortable bed with the array of pillows and options for additional other pillows to suit one's needs as well as the plentiful fluffy towels, wonderful soaking tub, rainfall shower inside the private unit as well as the outdoor rainfall shower in the private patio area with the refreshing private waterfall plunge pool and hammock. Loved the private outdoor patio area with the private bar and well-stocked refridgerator which was restocked daily with all beverages of one's choice. The butler cabintet for room service deliveries was fabulous for breakfast as well as any other meals or snacks when one did not wish to dine at their fine restaurant and desired a little private dining experience. The sunset cruise was magical and the kite surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking options were so fun in the gorgeous Caribbean waters Truly recommend this resort and LOVE that it was so convenient to the airport, our stupendous butler had pina coladas greeting us at our arrival, which took 6 minutes from the airport - that is the type of vacation oasis that we needed!!! Cannot recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay enough!!!!

Serenity at Coconut Bay is a fabulous boutique retreat, set in 80 acres and with a stunning beach. The staff and fantastic, so helpful, polite and welcoming. The suites are well proportioned and maintained. The butlers are professional and unassuming. All together a wonderful holiday. Looking forward to coming back.

Serenity is a wonderful luxury resort with amazing accommodations and fabulous food options at the restaurant on site. Full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner within the all inclusive resort. Very relaxing by the pool and beach cabanas across the street provide a beach getaway which was outstanding. I cannot say enough about Serenity! Truly a gem and we’ll go back again. Lastly, the staff were all wonderful and provide top shelf service, especially our butler McCarthy! Highly recommend this resort

Very clean, beautiful, private location. 5 minute drive from the airport. Staff was super friendly and very tuned in to making your stay as best as it could be. Restaurant was easily a 5 star restaurant. Beach is within 100 yards of most rooms. Pool area is very beautiful though we spent most days on the beach. The butler service was next level, McGregor helped us set up all extra curriculars we wanted to do the day we got there and even booked us reservations at the restaurant every night.

I spent 6 unforgettable days at Serenity at Coconut Bay in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the service, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. My personal butler, David, was phenomenal—attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of my needs. He made my stay effortless and memorable. A special thank you to Patrice in housekeeping, whose care and attention kept my suite immaculate every day, and to Tyler, who added such a personal touch with daily handwritten notes alongside my breakfast. Meeting her in person when I chose to dine by the pool instead of in-room service was such a pleasure—her kindness really stood out. I also want to recognize the amazing group of women in dining who checked in on me each day. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel like family. Their dedication and hard work truly do not go unnoticed. My experience was so wonderful that I extended my trip for an additional 4 days to stay at their sister property, Coconut Bay Beach Resort, where the same high level of hospitality continued. Serenity at Coconut Bay is the perfect name for this resort—it’s a luxurious, peaceful haven with an incredible team that makes every guest feel special. Thank you, David, Patrice, Tyler, and the dining staff, for an unforgettable experience.
