"Courteous and helpful staff. Close to a lot of restaurants and Willamette River trail, so that was a bonus. Lots of kids and some pets and customers tracked water from the pool into the lobby, but staff kept mess to a minimum "

"Staff was friendly. I didn’t pay for parking bc I don’t believe in paying for parking at any hotel. So parking on the street was fine. I get up early enough to beat the meter guard. I wish that they offered a real breakfast. It would really make a huge difference in customer experience."

"Nice and clean. Dated but fine. All of the usb plugs in the lamps were damaged and unusable. Friendly staff. They say room service is by request only on the posters on the walls but they will come through anyways unless you put out the do not disturb placard. "
