The staff was friendly and accommodating, the beds were comfortable area felt fairly safe. Parking garage was closed after hours and monitored 24/7 overall pleasant stay would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay here in a king size room looking east towards downtown Portland. Great property in a great location. Very comfortable bed, tiny but comfortable room with a very good shower and a small refrigerator, plus plenty of drawer and closet space. The staff was excellent and friendly, the hotel restaurant and bar are classic and the location in downtown Portland is perfect for walking or driving. Their parking garage across the street was easy to access too and reasonably priced. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Good location and very fast WiFi. It’s centrally located and the nearby MAX rail makes it easy to get to and from the airport. However, the hotel feels a bit dated and could use some updates. Staff were not particularly friendly or attentive, and the front desk was often empty when assistance was needed. The bedding could also be improved for comfort.
