"Room and amenities were clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful and polite, even with some staff's lack of English, they assisted very well in providing us the information or items we needed. Room was spacious and matched the photos and description. I found a few items listed that did not exist, e.g. Poolside Bar, but this could be a summer thing (we went in winter). Nice local cafe's close by, as well as some nice eateries a short walk away. Was happy to stay here away from the business of the Old Quarter. Would definitely go back there if I visit Hanoi again. It was a bit out of the way, but short "Grab" ride provided us an easy route to the touristy stuff. "

"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Our family stayed in Movenpick for a one week visit to Hanoi. The place is kept very clean, and the staff are always very accommodating and pleasant. There’s a wide variety of food to choose from during breakfast. Just outside the hotel are various convenience stores and coffee shops. There’s a restaurant in the hotel as well as outside, just one or two blocks down the streets. We’d like to thank the staff, most especially Kent, who welcomed us at arrival and was always very enthusiastic and sincerely happy to help throughout our entire stay. "
