"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "

"Bel hotel, mais complètement au milieu de nul part. A proximité juste un petit café ( a visiter absolument ! Post office café) zero resto, quartier avec uniquement des magasins de vêtements et de téléphonie. La chalbre est propre, acceuil ok, chauffage si vous y allez en saison froide ( clim reversible ) . Je ne le recommande pas , pas a cause d'eux mais plutot du quartier. "

There were many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel, which was convenient. I requested breakfast and lunch, which was very delicious and had a wide variety of options. "No one is at the counter when I arrived, had to search for someone in the basement, had to ask for a different room due to extensive mould on the wall. The second room was better but not clean in the bathroom, lots of grime in tje shower corners. Not much for tourists in the area of good restaurants but the street food is good. When I checked out there was no one at the counter and just left my key there as tje older lady in tje basement just ignored me. Do not go there IMO."

"Very good hotel in the center of Hanoi. We booked a trip to Halong Bay during our stay (Can really be recomended) and everything went smooth. We have also ordered transport and everything is planned and for a good price. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were kind and helpful. "
