"Clean room and hotel premises. Near to nice restaurants and shopping options. "

"Hotel was in need of a lot of maintenance. Elevator buttons didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush correctly, shower rod was falling off, key cards didn’t work in shared facilities without calling maintenance (laundry), and tub was cracked in wrap around. Floor hallway smelled of urine, and stairwell reeked of weed. "

"Everything went well, the check-in went well; the staff were professional/friendly; the room was cosy and the bed was comfy. My only issue was that the TV was not linked up to their internet so I was unable to log in to Netflix or Prime to watch a movie as I wanted to chill after a long drive. Folks at Candlewood, pls enable your Smart TV to use your internet so I can log in to my own Netflix / Prime account and watch something interesting."

"Parking was a hassle- never available close and not enough. Requested to have room cleaned daily, only managed to get service once in 7 days there. Told front desk we were checking out early due to their bad service and all they said was “alright”. No apology or good intention offered. We were there to visit my mom at the hospital- would not stay there again."

"It was in a good area around restaurants and stores. The only negatives we experienced were the water pressure was terrible and their water fountain to refill your water bottle had a terrible taste like the filter needed to be changed. "

"Mold in bathroom with hair stuck to shower. No parking. Staff impossible to find. "

"The tables in the eating area were all worn down. They need a paint job or new tables. The elevator was out of service. The ice machine on the 2nd floor not working. The place needs an overall upgrade"
