"This is a good basic clean hotel, it is a little out of the way but there are nearby trams that take you into the centre. It’s a 30-40 minute walk from the main train station or you can get the number 18 tram. I feel that the kitchen in the pictures is misleading, there is a hob but no utensils to cook with. I stayed in a single room and there were just 2 small side plates, 1 glass, 1 cup and minimal cutlery. The pictures show a coffee machine but there wasn’t one. I was only staying for 2 nights so I didn’t miss having one but if you are a coffee lover be aware of this. The staff were efficient and the area felt safe. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk from the hotel"

"The location right across Wien HBF was the biggest plus. Good for travelers that need to get on an early morning train, walk 10min and you're there. It's also convenient to get to most places in the city. Checkin and out was fast and easy."
