The double queen bed room 114 appeared to have recently been renovated, it was also clean and spacious for my family of 5. Pet friendly was perfect for us with a small dog. The property was safe and the parking lot was well lit and all exterior doors stayed locked. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to its guests. Breakfast was really good too! The first morning had cheese egg omelette, sausage, grits and waffles. We will stay here again in the future!

$153.00 a night is outrageous for a hotel in a small town. Nothing to do, not much dining choices. Breakfast bar was good

Live roach crawled out from chair cushion. Bathroom door needs repair as it is unable to fully close. Toliet needs replacement- if one leans 10 degrees to either side, the entire toliet lifts from wall placement. It’s crazy that housekeeping hasn’t noticed the much needed repairs, etc. Stay at own risk. I will choose better accommodations my next trip to Vidalia.

The staff was very helpful and patient with me. I booked late and had no problems getting my room or keys. The room was and comfy and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Place was under construction which was not disclosed upon booking. Very loud because of it and they were vacuuming/ cleaning hallways in the evening. I had a flight get delayed and needed to do a check-in the next day - they refused to refund the missed night and had to get supervisor approval to even keep the reservation to allow me to checkin the next day. Wanted to charge me for 2 nights and not actually give me a room for either night.

They charged my debit card for my room, which was already paid for. But, it was credited right away. I was then charged an additional $25 for "incidentals" which i was told wont be credited for 3-5 days.

The staff were all accommodating and friendly. Property being remodeled. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Peeling wallpaper stapled to wall. Should have tried Home 2 for sure.

Rooms were filthy. Bar area was so dirty you could write your name in dust. Grounds area has trash all over. My husband and I always stay at Hamptons and this hotel does not represent all of our other experiences with Hampton.

The a/c was falling out of the window. There was a pump or motor outside the window that was very loud both nights I was there. I liked the suite overall.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the bathroom. The tub was not up to par. I would've stayed longer if the bathroom was nicer, it made the whole room feel run down.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was properly prepared and good. WiFi, I could not get to work. If I had known that renonvations was going on I would have stayed somewhere else, had to park around the building due to construction equipment.

Worst hotel experience ever. I made a mistake on the reservation and called 1 minute after booking and was unable to reach the manager of the establishment after speaking with a representative from hotels.com. I was charged the full amount for a room I was not going to use two weeks from the time of errant reservation.

Check-in took 30 minutes. Then the door to the room wasn't working. Finally manage to get in the room and it is run down and the TV doesn't work. Had to go back downstairs for the desk clerk to try to fix the TV. Well he couldn't get the door to open either for a good 5 minutes. He finally gave me a new room while telling me that the whole hotel is getting renovated over the next 6 months starting next week and he recommended another hotel to stay at. Do not bother spending money here - complete waste of money.

There was severe water damage to room. Walls had visible water damage, black mold was growing in the shower ceiling and water damage to moldings at floor level and crown molding on the ceiling
