"Nice staff. However, I asked for extra towels and was told I had to bring my old towels down to them to exchange them for new towels. Hotels should freely give pillows, blankets, towels, etc. I was also very disappointed that the hotel “ran out” of pillows and we weren’t able to get extra pillows. The pillows in the room were not sufficient enough to lean up against so we weren’t very comfortable when trying to watch tv. Furthermore, the tv was cable and had no smart tv option to stream shows so it was kind of a let down that we couldn’t watch our shows. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 9 pm but we went down at 8:20 and it was already closed for the evening. For these reasons, we will not be staying at Azure again."
